So there is 2 cal per teaspoon (for Equal). If there is 16 teaspoons in
1 cup, there is 4 teaspoons in a 1/4 cup (2 cal x 4 teaspoons). Which
means there is only 8 calories in an 1/4 cup of Equal (32 calories in 1
cup), as opposed to sugar, with 64 calories in 1/4 cup (256 calories in
1 cup). Is this correct?
