Wheat crust is high starch carbs. many calories
Tomato sauce is high sugar carbs, many calories
The meats are high fat, many calories
The olives are high in oil, many calories
The cheese is mostly fat, very high calories
The veggies are cooked and of no nutritional value
The food combining makes it very hard to digest and results in digestive
upset and bloating
Not a good food at all. Consider as junk food.
