I realize that controlling carb works but that doesnt explain the fact
that some countries with a high carb have the lowest obesity problem in
the developing world.
China, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, etc have a diet based on daily
consumption of starch (mostly rice and wheat) yet their obesity problem
is less then that of USA, Canada, Australia, England, New Zealand, etc.
