Ah, ha! That is the horribly-protein-excessive and
nutritionally-unsound diet you failed on, and wrecked your digestion, that
you now use to claim that vegan diets don't work?
Apparently, you have no idea of the protein requirements of our species,
and have suffered long-term protein-toxicity. Like Billings, and other
vocal vegan failures, you can't admit that YOU failed, so you blame an
unspecified "vegan diet".

Animal protein is considered "not me" by the immunological system, so by
"gut leakage" keeps the IS in a frenzy.

And also had the advantage of fresh, unpesticided, clean foods not
available to you or your junk food upbringing.

thus increasing the oxidative stress created by such a protein-excessive
diet.
