And once again this study mentions nothing of the diets of the
omnivores, except to say that they ate meat. No mention of refined
carbs intake, trans fats, nothing. It doesn't even mention how they
determined that the subjects were "healthy." Does healthy mean the
absence of a detectible disease? Anyone that considers themselves any
kind of vegetarian is going to be more health conscious than joe blow
off the street. It's just another useless study.

I like how it says "a plant-based diet is inversely related to body mass
index (BMI)." It could also be said that refined carb and trans fat
intake is directly related to BMI.

If you're going to post studies, post something worth reading.
