Cone, cone! Never! I'd never eat a cone for the
same reason I wouldn't eat a cookie or a cracker.
They're made of refined flour, often sweetened
with sugar, and they violate my rule of "No food
with a calorie density higher than 1 calorie/gram--
unless the food contains a high quality fat". (That
rule rules out almost all junk food.)
