This is what annoys me about doing research on nutrition. I'll read 20
articles in a row from seemingly reputable sources telling me omega 3s
are great, then this guy comes along. Not only are Omega 3s overrated,
but they're "dangerous". Oh please. I think you're full of *** guy.
Now all of a sudden coconut oil is the magic elixer. What's it going to
be next month? Monkey ***?
