I don't know which part of this post is more interesting; the fact that
the LC dieters were consuming 1,000 fewer calories per day, or the fact
that TC (a.k.a. Mr. "Calories mean squat") failed to acknowledge this
little fact!
Low-carb diets work NOT because they are low-carb. They work because
they are low-calorie.
