Your comments are a ramble. Vitamin C quenches free radicals, whereas
PUFAs are highly susceptible to them. I totally agree that omega 3s
are "anti-inflammatory" in the context of those who consume large
amounts of omega 6s and little in the way of anti-oxidants. Anyone who
wishes can buy some 50 cent mice and feed half canola and fish oil and
the other half fresh coconut oil, and you will then see how toxic these
oils are, if the animals actually eat the canola and fish oil (they
have instincts that tell them to avoid toxins that many humans consider
"food"). I'll leave my analysis of the "study" aside for now, to give
others a chance to think about it.
