Re: How to give yourself a nutritional abortion.

Lard is only 39 percent saturated and has no antioxidants. Then
there's the processing, travel time to your super-market, and the
cooking. It is very dangerous. This is one reason why I post here,
that is, to make clear the vast differences between the lard you buy in
a store and the fresh coconut oil that is commercially available. The
coconut oil is 92 percent saturated, and has some antioxidants cover.
Those who consume large amounts of it have hardly any "chronic
disease," and you can go to the WHO web site and see for yourself.
However, American nutritional "experts" classify both lard and coconut
oil as "saturated fat," and mislead people into thinking that they are
both very unhealthy, when only lard is very unhealthy.

What this has to do with a nutritional abortion I can't say, but the
point I was making is that you can slow growth down in your body
considerably, and that is good, in general. However, taking large
doses of antioxidants is a bad idea. Instead, you only need to eat
food that does not cause massive free radical damage, as lard oftten
will, depending upon cooking techniques, etc.
