What they eat for breakfast is just one little part of their carb
addiction behaviors. What they eat for lunch, for supper and for snacks
is the other larger part of their diet. Some people eat refined carbs
all day because of conditioning, habit and craving. Others will eat
small amounts of refined carbs but otherwise wil eat fairly nutritious
food otherwise.
"No sugar" is always the best way to go for absolutely everyone.
