It was the atkins diet, didn't you read the article? But they also made
it clear it was fewer calories and not what was eaten that made the
difference in weight loss. They speak of moderation and made the point
that no diet is majic, if one doesn't exceed calories required one doesn't
gain weight; which is how all diets work. They do not advocate the low
carb diets, except short term. If all one has is a hammer, everything
tends to look like a nail.
