are lactose intolerant, puts your comment into a strange perspective. After
about the age of 2 years, the human body begins to produce less lactase.
Perhaps we were not meant to drink milk after weaning. However, cheese has
almost no lactose and yoghurt has less than half the amount in milk, so many
lactose intolerant people can consume them at least in moderate amounts.
