If you really hate it why do you insist that your experience is the end
all and be all on diet? That is so oxymoronish, with the emphasis on

I suggest that you take some time to review ALL the literature and not
just what matches your opinion.

Pritikin and Ornish are guilty of doing their own research to further
their own diets. I suggest you read anything that is not done by these
two biased profiteering greedy bastards.
