OPC-3 overdose

I had a stroke about two years ago. A few day ago I was contacted by
an OPC-3 dealer, saying that the medicine would help me. She mailed me
a bottle of it, and urged me to overdose.
I did. I took twice or three times of the recommended dose. Now my
body is in severe ache. By reading the label on the bottle, I
understand that my muscles may have been contracted too much by the
potassium. My questions are:
1. Are the extra potassium ever leave my body, or stay in forever? If
leaving, how long does it take for the potassium in my body to return
to the pre-medication level?
2. Is there any over-the-counter medicine that helps dispel the extra
potassium off the body? What is its name?
3. Do I need to see a doctor?
Thanks.
