Why do you thing our bodies are so ineffective when dealing with the
kind of nutrition that you suppose we have evolved for? Would not 300
kcal less put us at evolutionary disadvantage? (Mind you, our
evolution
for the most part needed us to conserve and store as much calories as
possible. 300 kcal could have been difference between life and
death).

Same old excuses. It don't wash no more.
I am just using here the same evolutionary logic you are repeating all
over again. You have as little support for your claims as I have.
Same old TC playing his bias nonsense. Then when you show him studies
contrary they are all run by people on the take from the "industry."
Show me unbiased, properly done studies and I will shut up. Marketting
masquerading as science is still marketting.
He
is really a hoot , what little science he shows is correct and what he
is shown is all bogus. Talk about the fox watching the chicken. We
should just enjoy his humor or better yet, his trolling. In another six
months his LC mantra will follow the platypus and we will be doing a
repartee over South Beach, or another Atkins write a book and wannabe
rich.

We are all entitled to our opinions.
And no one has showed *valid* science that proves me wrong.
Nobody has to show a Nobody, like you, nothing.
Just thought that you might want to know.
