Determing taste and strength of food?

Hi all,
I was wondering if there is some sort of formula that would determine
if a food item is sweet or sour, and whether the amount of alchol
content is weak or strong.
The given information are:
1. Ingredients that make up the food item
2. All amounts in a standard measuring system (eg. metric)
3. The nutritional information of all ingredients is known
What needs to be determined from the above:
1. Taste (from very sweet, sweet, sour, very sour)
2. Strength (from very weak, weak, strong, very strong)
As an example, what would the characteristics of a Tequila Sunrise or
Pina Colada cocktail be?
Thanks,
Max
