Am afraid it is just impossible to have a diet in US which make this
possible. You simply don't get any food that consist only of Mead acid
and not a single mg of any omega-6 or omega-3 acids.

All plant food contain both omega-3 and omega-6 acids. So you can't
eat any plant food.
