I guess youve never heard of soluble and insoluble fiber and why you
need both in a healthy diet - like I said, IMHO lack of fiber
(unbalanced/left out food groups) is setting oneself up for colon
cancers/polyps/digestion problems just waiting to happen.
Yes, I have heard of the two types of fiber and since Monty is eating
fruit he is getting soluable fiber. I agree with ST7 in that most
people need to have lots of fiber even if it means having a BM more
than once a day.
