Why do you want a newsgroup for such a small topic? Why not just set up
a web site where people can make comments? Take a look at Stitt's web
site and let us know what you think.

As far as Usenet goes, it's difficult to have constructive dialog, but
I think it's worth trying.

I am not sure if Usenet will survive because of competing approaches of
sharing information such as blogs.
