Patrick, this sounds like good, sound advice. So... I don't
understand--what's the point of taking vitamins at all if a good
balanced diet is all you need? It's a huge industry. Or is it just
that some people have such poor diets that taking vitamins is a
guarantee that they'll get essential vitamins and minerals?
Alex,
Three things. First, just find out what foods are nutrient dense
(whfoods.com is a good start) then use these foods as a base your diet.
Second, always eat wide variety of natural whole foods. Third, then
let nature take care of the rest.
