Oils may contribute, but the culprit is probably any number of spices,
like turmeric. Wonderful stuff, ***....
Best thing to do is to reduce or eliminate intake of the spices that
caues the flatulence. Or just put up with the flatulence.
There's crap like GasX but...pardon the expression, it doesn't do
***.
