Is Head Green Cabbage considered a 'green leafy vegetable'

I think perhaps savoy cabbage would be considered a green leafy vegetable
which I sometimes braise, and therefore, green head cabbage would be
considered the same? Also I'm thinking it is a cruciferous vegetable like
broccoli, which is not a green leafy vegetable.
The reason I ask is that I don't care for salads that OFTEN.
Any comments?
