Purines (uric acid) harmful or healthy?
I have always thought that uric acid was harmful for humans
Now, they're saying that it is never dangerous, never causes gout and
is actually the most powerful anti-oxidant against aging and
degeneration
The theory comes from "metabolic typing" approach to nutrition
(Wallcott)
Physiologically is this correct or not?
Thanks
