Again this does not address my key points, it's just dogma. In real sciences
all the facts have to be accounted for and assumptions can't just be made
off-the-cuff.
Cooking reduces the anti-cancer effect of many vegetables, and as originally
stated, does not offer enough exercise for our jaws to develop normally -
hence the pandemic of tooth decay and malocclusion amongst civilized humans.
All these facts are in the literature, but ignored by nutritionists, who
prefer their pseudoscience.
