Bull***. The brain is less than 10% fat, no matter how you cut it.
You stated that the brain was all fat. No-one mentioned dry weight
here. And you are way out on bran. My book quotes about 10% for the
fat content of rice bran. No wonder you are confused about weight and
volume and bring in silly things like dry weights and lead shot? You
seem somehow to be deperate to keep your strange hypothesis that food
volume is irrelevant, and less than half a cup of butter would produce
5 hours of satiety.

You are misunderstanding what I write and you are attributing things to me
that I do not believe.

As to "no matter how you cut" brain, I have done so many times in the lab
and I assure you it runs about 65% fat calories. I don't need your book.
