Umm, I think you have gotten your correspondents in a knot.
I still have not heard from you what dietary carbs you think are not
effectively sugars. I guess you can't.

"Effectively", eh? Interesting attempt at a post post addendum. So
when I speak of sugar, you think all dietary carbs, eh?

So what did you have in mind here? Starch? You do know that that is
quick acting GLUCOSE?
Come on, what else did you have in mind other than your "sugars"?

Even when I am
clearly and obviously speaking of sugar, eh?

Well, no. You do know the difference between "sugar" (used commonly --
try a dictionary) and "sugars"?
Probably not, as accuracy of anything is foreign to your naive thought
processes.

BTW, HFCS is not "sugar". It would be included in "sugars" And anyway,
you do realise that HFCS is much slower in absorption than your
average glucose polymer (starch)?

HFCS is almost identical to honey, and apple juice

Oh, am I confusing you?
Should I dumb it down some more and specify 100% pure white sugar
crystals, or 100% hfcs, just so idiots like you aren't confused?

Not at all. I know exactly what all dietary carbs are. They are
effectively ALL sugars. A fact you seem to be blithely unaware of.
Perhaps your blind hatred of grains (or is it the grain industry) has
blinded you to these simple facts.

I can
see how some abject moron would not be able to differentiate between
whole food carbs and pure sugar, or even blood glucose.

Wholefood carbs are the same molecules as any carbs. There're sugars
and umm glucose polymer (sugars). The latter is absorbed actively
across the gut wall after being easily released to pure glucose by the
saliva in the mouth. Sugar (sucrose to be clear) is equimolecular
glucose and fructose and takes much longer to transport across the gut
wall into he bloodstream.

I just don't
understand how, if someon is that stupid, as you apparently are, how
can you come into ths ng and even attempt to argue with tose of us who
aren't nearly as intellectually challenged? Retard.

So all this blather is because you can't name any dietary carb that is
not a sugar? Thought not.
