A low-carbohydrate diet may prevent end-stage renal failure in type 2
diabetes. A case report
As diabetes damages kidneys, and diabetes is a dysfunction of glucose
metabolism, surely avoiding the problem nutrient for sufferers of this
disease will protect their kidneys, and their beta cells, and their
retinas and their bloodvessels...

establishment.
