I tried goats milk a few years back, but couldn't stomach the taste.
Maybe if it was chilled more? About the only thing I use milk for is
cooking and for cereal and I don't have cereal very often.
I don't drink goat milk because of the added expense, but the diet of
the goats may be a factor along with the presence of bucks which have
strong scent glands.
I haven't tried any of the lactose reduced, or soya substitutes
either. Seems like everything I should eat thats more natural is more
expensive too.
Yogurt and kefir should have lower amounts of lactose, but they do
have added expense.
"Natural" is mostly and avertising word.
You might want to use a calcium supplement because of your lower milk
consumption.
