Unfortunately there is no definition as what most people regard as
Chocolate is simply flavoured sugar consisting of 2 seperate compounds
extracted from the Cocao Bean + lots of Garbage + sugar and dairy
products.
True Chocolate (the pure product of the bean) is an incredible bitter
product and few, if any cooks use it in western cooking. But it is an
incredible flavour used wisely
So if your question really is about chocolate, the answer is probably
a lot more than you could handle eating. The chocolate (candy bar)
avertised as more than 75% chocolate would probably be 3-4 squares (1
CM square) and as for the other junk it is really how much sugar can
you handle.
