I would be keen to know if one could estimate how much more energy is
needed if one is cold,
20 to 50% or even more
and exactly what kind of nutrition. Also, when
the body fights a cold it has a defence response producing antibodies and
other cells, what "material" is needed for your body to produce these
antibodies and cells? Minerals, vitamins, protein?
It is difficult and very costly to determine what you need. But You can eat
the "complete" nutrition. The most complete are egss and cream. Generally
the animals products are better. Vitamin C is recomended. When are sweats
the salt is necessary. Sweat contins 0.3% of salt.
