"What you read was very poor science. The studies were poorly done. The
"food" that the lab animals were fed was a lab concocted pile of crap
food components so that they could quantify the amounts of fat,
proteins and carbs. The food was not selected for its quality but to
ease quantification. And those animals fed the less of this nearly
poisonous crap food concoction lived longer not from the "benefits" of
a low calorie diet, but from the benefits of eating less nearly
poisonous nutrient deficient refined crap food."
Because he did not provide which research he read, how can you possibily
know this? Esp?
