BREAD IS DANGEROUS !!

https://www.amsa.org/healingthehealer/GlycemicIndex.pdf shows the
advantage of pasta over bread in terms of glycemic index.

The normal way of using the grains is to feed hens. Next we can eat eggs and
hens. But what happend if we feed the yeast with grains (in form of flour).
Can we eat yeast or not? For me the leavended bread is rather backed yeats
not backed grains. Yeast contain the animal starch (glycogen).
May be that dangerous is eating of cooked grain together with the water.
Less dangerous should be the pasta because the water is thrown away. But the
leavended bread should not be dangerous.
