Hi All,
Please help! I need some diet advice for a beach volleyball tournament.
I'm having
multiple problems.
1. In back-to-back matches, I'm running out of energy.
2. When I rest and eat and get lethargic
3. If I don't drink Pedialyte I cramp. I'm going through three to four
bottles per match.
4. I need a way to recharge for the playoffs. I've consistently been
knocked out in playoff matches because I'm spent.
My current eating plan is below. NOTE: I drink only water during the
matches. TY for help!
