Without arachidonic acid (AA) in your cells, there is no such thing asMonty, and is it not true that AA is ESSENTIAL for life?
"chronic inflammation," and so all you need to do is to eat a diet
that leads to the removal of AA from your cells. Antioxidants and
fish oil can inhibit AA metabolization, which is where the
"inflammation" comes from, but there are side effects that are
potentially very dangerous, especially with fish oil or the powerful
antioxidant supplements. Eating some organic blueberries or dark
chocolate is fine, but it's not clear how much this will stop the
damage that AA does, especially as you get older. There are many
factors that need to be considered, but just getting the AA out of
your cells is a major step towards maintaining health.
