HI, All,
I'd like to cut down on trans fat in my home but I like to bake. The
only stick margarine that does not have transfat that I could find is
Promise. Now I can't find that on the shelf. Does anyone know of any
other margarine with no trans fat? ALso have you used the tub spreads
in baking?
I use nut butters or almond meal in my baking and thereby eliminate
trans fats and reduce saturated fats in my food.
