No, the body can make fat. Fat is nature's energy storage device for
excess calories and the production of some forms of hormones that aids
metabolizm. Humans like fat but they can survive on a diet without it
because they can make their own, external sources not required. We
should mention this means sources of saturated and concentrated fat, fat
as a rule is spread widely among animal and plant food sources in small
amounts as part of normal cell structures.

The one advantage fat in substanual amounts has is for the energy it
contains in high calorie demand situatiions. It contains twice the
energy as carbs and protein for the same amount.

Hey moron, have you ever heard of essential fatty acids? Or essential
proteins? Jeez. Biology 101 buddy.

And remember there is no such thing as an essential carbohydrate.
