Did you read the study I cited about the peoples who ate a lot of
coconut, had "high cholesterol," but no heart disease? That would be
impossible if the "saturated fat is bad" claim was true. Many of
these people kept chickens and pigs, and these animals ate a lot of
coconut, which meant that the chicken and pork they ate was much more
saturated. Tissue biopsies were taken to confirm this. I first read
about these studies in Bruce Fife's book, "Saturated fat may save your

I also cited some interesting studies on my site. One essays is,
saturated fat is the solution, not the problem. And in the forums,
there is a thread entitled, cholesterol studies you probably never
heard about (or something like that).
