Yes, using coconut oil is best, but frying is a very bad idea no
matter what oil you use (assuming you are frying meat). Beyond that,
you would have to be more specific about the diet. After all, if you
ate tiny amounts of meat fried in any oil, it would not be dangerous.
It's best thought of as a "toxin," and it's the dosage and what else
you are eating that matters (Ottoboni wrote a book with a title like,
"It's the dose that makes the poison," for example). You probably
know about antioxidant-rich foods, such as berries and dark chocolate -
it's best to each these kinds of foods, because unlike some vegetables
with good antioxidant properties, there will be far less negative
effects.
