Is ca/mg citrate/ascorbate an antacid

Hi,
I sometimes have to use Doxyxycline.
In drug interactions I read:
Absorption of tetracyclines is impaired by antacids containing
aluminum, calcium, or magnesium, and iron-containing preparations.
I use a multi with ca/mg citrates/aspartates/ascorbates.
Should I stop using the multi or are these ca/mg forms acid enough?
Bob
