As usual, MattLB's response demonstrates a severe reading
comprehension disorder. I have been arguing for years that such
experiments need to control for the susceptibility of the double bonds
to lipid peroxidation. In this case, there is no question that there
were many more double bonds in the HSO because they actually
determined the amount of omega 6s/3s as well as MUFAs in it. It is in
Table 2 of the full study. At least this makes it clear how deluded
or deranged MattLB's mind is, if nothing else.
