Do you have no understanding of the scientific method whatsoever,
MattLB? Yes, I'm sure they have all kinds of beliefs, but in science,
you have to control for all potentially relevant factors, and even
then, you might be wrong (for example, the early "EFA" studies were
flawed because they couldn't control for vitamin B6, since they did
not know about it). I don't advocate eating hydrogenated fat sources,
so it's not like there's any issue on my end other than pointing out
that one must control properly in order to do science.
