Very Low TNF-Alpha - Bad?

In my latest blood test, my "TNF-Alpha, Highly" result was "< 1.0L"
while the range was 1.2-15.3.
The doctor said this could mean a problem with my immune system, which
makes sense considering some of the health problems I've had (benign
brain tumor and osteitis in my pelvic region).
Opinions?
Thanks!
