The problem is that it could mean anything, or even nothing at all, in
the sense of "disease" development. There are all kinds of other
molecules that appear to be important but which you were not tested
for, but again, how could anyone even have a decent guess at it with
the information you provided. Since this is a nutritional newsgroup,
why don't you specify what your diet is like, has been like in the
past, and also you medical history? Without those things, you really
can't expect much of an intelligent response, even from someone who
might be able to explain to you what your situation likely involves.
