Looks like it's approximately 19% omega 6 PUFAs. Keep in mind that
what's probably much more important (relative to other highly
unsaturated fat sources) is how susceptible it is to lipid
peroxidation. You can do some searches for canola rancimat and see
what kind of studies have been done on this subject.
