Thanks for that but I was really wondering what people know and
believe to be true and verifiable about the many claims being made
that Salvia hispanica is a kind of wonder-drug food that controls High
Blood Pressure and has evidently many other health
advantages........Are those claims for real ? .....and if so how can
you buy Salvia hispanica in an edible form other than the flatbread
biscuits made by Salba.....?
It's just chia seeds and the main nutritional ingredient is the omega
3 fatty acid ALA. Arizonachia is a lower cost provider with less hype.
You can get the same benefit(ALA) from flax, canola oil, hemp seeds,
and walnuts.
Fish oil with the omega 3 fatty acids DHA and EPA has even better
results because that is the form the body uses, but may be more
expensive.
