It is my understanding the niacin is what you want if
you're seeking to alter blood lipids. Niacin is the one
that can cause the flushing.
And yes I taken a lot of niacin in the past.

Are you trying improve your blood lipid levels?
Are you trying to prevent cardiovascular disease?
