So I will differentiate for you:

Omega-3 = the chemotherapy "kill 'em all" way
CLA = possible antioxidant/radical scavenger mechanism of action

"safflower oil, soyabean oil, or maize oil"

All BAD in the form of refined oils. There are many essential
vitamins, minerals and protective antioxidants in plants in addition
to Omega-3 (ALA) which far outweight its negative effects (which are
negligible in the tiny relative amounts). But this doesn't justify
Omega-3 consumption in a refined form!

They tell you right in the article where the CLA comes from.

Plants ..

Animals are full of it because they eat .. plants.

CLA is not present in plants, the ruminant microorganisms make it by
fermenting the plant material, that's all. Same with butyrate. If
you are getting CLA from plants .. I guess .. you are a ruminant Tom
