thanks
Take a look on WWW.PUBMED.GOV.
Look for the research on the use of high dose myo-inositol in
subjects having panic attacks, eating disorders, and OCD.
They were using 18 grams of inositol per day.
If you decide to use it, use the powder not the tablet
as the tablets contain too little and are too costly.
The powder is sweet and very sugar like. In fact,
an early name for it was "meat sugar."
It works by decreaseing serotonin tolerance or should
I say increasing serotonin sensitivity. It works at
the post-synapic gap secondary messanger level.
I use it. I take it as a truly heaping tablespoonful in
milk, juice, or water.
Disclaimer:
Will this work for you, I have no idea. I am not a Doc.
This not medical grade advice. Talk to your
Doctor so he can sneer at you and perhaps offer SSRI meds
instead. Further my comments are based on memory
and I never trust my memory. YMMV
