Feed rats a fish oil rich diet and see that they live shorter lives
than on the standard diet. If you care about overall mortality, then
take heed. If you are only worried about inflammation, which is AA
overload, then yes, fish oil will inhibit that to some degree (while
doing harm in other ways). Even so, I've cited studies on my site
showing that animals had more plaque buildup on the fish oil diet.
"Cherry picking" studies is a dangerous gamble. Understanding the
"big picture" is the way to stay healthy. Ignoring the best evidence,
which is molecular-level, simply makes no sense whatsoever.
